30.30 Starting this Saturday 1.30.10

“Shit or get off the pot”

For those who aren’t familiar with this expression  …

“Shit or get off the pot” is a common English language colloquial expression, used to imply a person should follow up their stated intentions, with action. It is also used to urge someone to complete a task with a greater degree of efficiency or timeliness than is observed at the time the expression is used.*

That’s where I am at this very moment.  I have decided it’s my time to take action. I have been watching videos, reading about, and listening to many teachers discuss what it takes to live the life I’ve always wanted. Yet, my application of the knowledge has barely scratched the surface.  That is about to change. Something has kicked me in the butt and I am sick of sitting by and just watching my life happen to me. Not any more …

I am re-taking control of my life.

This Saturday (the 30th) I am starting my own personal program that I am calling 30.30

The idea behind it is that for next 30 days I will spend AT LEAST 30 minutes per day focused on me and my goals. Those 30 minutes will include meditations, visualizations and lots of appreciation and gratitude. Putting into practice everything / anything that I have learned that feels good. Because life is supposed to feel good!

Some of you may be thinking, ‘Well why are you waiting? Why not start today?’ Good question. LOL. Technically I am starting today. The next 3 days activities will include creating vision boards, clearing out my space, and visualizing how amazing these 30 days are going to be for me. I see it like preparing for a fasting cleanse. One shouldn’t just stop eating. One needs to start to prepare his/her body for the fast/cleanse a few days before it actually begins. The body and mind appreciate that so much more.

So this will be a small look into my process and how my life can change in only 30 days. When I think about how dramatically my life has changed in the past year (more on that later, I’m sure) I can’t help but get excited about how much change I can manifest in 30 days with a consistent, focused, conscious effort.

More to come … Until then,  Love to all

Brian
