RunninL8, You bring up a few good points here.

First, parents have some say about their child’s vaccinations and the timing of when they receive them. It’s important for them to educate themselves so they can make the best decision for their specific situation.

Second, I believe that birthing interventions also play a huge role in child development. While forceps, suction, and c-sections may be necessary at times, they have a huge impact on the little one being born.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) helps to release the effects of forceps, suction and c-sections from the baby so he/she may start life without huge restrictions in his/her nervous system. Vaccinations are another story.

CST helps to strengthen the immune system and the body’s natural self-correcting and healing abilities. My belief is that if we can keep the baby’s systems as strong as possible, we can give them a chance to not be negatively impacted by so many vaccinations.

In a nutshell, we do see the importance of vaccinations but we insisted on spacing them way out over a period of 3 years as opposed to 24 months! That seemed LUDACRIS! And the majority are given so soon after birth. We also opted out on some that just didn’t seem like a very big deal.

There is a LOT of talk about linking disorders and vaccinations. Much food for thought. I’m ADD( which is why I work with my hands!). Was it the vaccinations or the forceps!!!?
